In this portion of the Breakthrough program, we will discover how to identify if we are burned out, and if so, at what stage of burnout are we dwelling. With that self-awareness, we will provide you a range of tools to make you immune to burnout. The program is taught by Dan Cordaro at the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence, who will utilize 20 years of rigorous scientific research on burnout, and Justin Milano, a serial entrepreneur who will translate how the science of burnout applies to our daily entrepreneurial life.
